UNITY CLASS OF HOME REPAIRS AND REMODELING
This class will give you what you need to know to make your own repairs or hire a contractor. Everything from painting and picture hanging to major remodeling will be covered. Learn how to repair sheetrock, and other simple home repairs. Also learn how to hire a contractor when necessary and what the California laws are for contractors.
About the teacher: Alan Brinker has been in the construction trade for 42 years, with 29 as a general contractor. Alan was instrumental in helping to write many of the test questions on the state license exam for contractors. Let him teach you how to do your home projects—big or small, with confidence.
